In another Sunday`s match, Barq of Shiraz squeezed into the last eight in
defiance of a loss to Dayhim Ahvaz, southern Iran.
Mohammad Khaziravi scored the sole goal of the match in the 26th minute to
help the home side beat Barq 1-0 on the pitch of Takhti stadium.
Dayhim blamed Ali Bahmani, who missed a penalty kick in the 26th minute.
Barq had won the first leg 2-0 and cruised to the next round with a 2-1 win
on aggregate.
The Shirazi team meets the third Iran Pro League champion, Pas, in the next
match.
